Andy’s popularity ignited as she staked her claim as one of the most intriguing and provocative cast members of the hit TV show Starting Over, NBC’s first Daytime Reality Drama produced by Bunim Murray. As a member of the original cast on Starting Over‘s first season, Andy’s beauty and style talents caught the eye of both Bunim Murray and Clairol®, prompting Andy’s return to Starting Over as the Make-Over Captain for the CIairol® Nice & EasyTM Starting Over Street Team. Andy proved to be a ratings-maker as she and the Team surprised 5 lucky sweepstakes winners from across the country with complete makeovers. Andy has since become the Beauty and Style Expert for Starting Over, magically transforming more than 40 women in the past three seasons and appearing in more than 150 episodes in that time. Andy’s crown jewel, however, is her first book, Style On A Shoestring, which was released to high praise in April. As a Celebrity Cabinet member of the American Heart Association’s GO RED for Women Movement, Andy lends her fashion advice, time and voice, working with Sigourney Weaver, Karen Duffy, Lorraine Bracco, Joy Behar, Jeannie Garth, Debi Mazar and others to spread the message that heart disease is the leading cause of death in American women.
